How do I find my missing order?

In Infor Nexus, only orders that are sent “ex works” are displayed. If the order cannot be found, it may be a “free domicile” shipment. Proceed as follows: 


1. Check whether the order is an “ex works” shipment.

2. If it is an “ex works” shipment, please contact us via the contact form: 

https://otto-scm.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new

3. If it is a “free domicile” shipment, the shipment will be made by the supplier. Orders are not entered via Infor Nexus.
