Why has the supplier not received my "Plan to Ship"?

If your "Plan To Ship" has not yet been received by the supplier, check the status of the "Plan To Ship" and make sure that all the necessary details have been entered. Then send the "Plan To Ship" by selecting the “Submit” field.


If the status is ‘active’, then the PTS has been transmitted. If problems occur, please contact us using the contact form: https://otto-scm.freshdesk.com/en/support/tickets/new
